Mr. Wallace

Mr. Wallace is a wealthy and powerful man who has overtaken Tyrell Corp. and started producing 2nd gen replicants. He wants to find Rachel's child so that he can uncover how she was able to reproduce and create a generation of self-reproducing replicants for slave labour in the space colonies. He seems to have bionic eyes that connect to a fleet of drones via a transceiver.
