Its not Science Fiction because it has been claimed that this is realistic to make today.

Marianne: "a dramatized near-future scenario where swarms of inexpensive microdrones use artificial intelligence and facial recognition to assassinate political opponents based on preprogrammed criteria" (from the wikipedia page for the work). Based on "near future" and "swarms of microdrones" I think it classifies as science fiction according to the definition we are using.

Also changed description to Wikipedia description, changed Publication_type from Movie to Online Video (it's a 7 minute short). I agree with Marianne that it's scifi - speculative use of existing tech.
